This allows you to engage in therapy wherever you have a private space to talk and an internet connection. I have found that many clients enjoy having their sessions in physical spaces that are familiar and safe. I use a HIPAA-compliant platform for all sessions. I do have several in person sessions available. ### Fees and payment I accept insurance for clients in Pennsylvania who prefer to use their in-network benefits, and out-of-network benefits for clients in North Carolina My standard fee is $165 for a 50-minute session I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions ($130 – $150) for clients who need financial flexibility. ### Accepted insurance plans - Highmark - Blue Cross/Blue Shield - Aetna - Geisinger - United Healthcare - UBH ### How long are sessions Sessions are designed to give you the time you need to explore your concerns, gain clarity, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. While there are natural time limits, the focus is on making each session meaningful and productive for you. ### Cancellation/no show policy I understand that unexpected events can come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so that I can offer the time to another client. - Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice): $65 - No-shows: $130 Thank you for your understanding. This policy helps me keep my schedule open and ensures that all clients can access the support they need. ### Populations served I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, supporting clients across a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. ## Not for emergencies This practice does not provide crisis services through its website.
